The two newest members to join the retirement board are Patrick D. DelloRusso, Jr. who was appointed by mayor Shaunna O'Connell on 12/18/2025. Mr. DelloRusso is the City of Taunton's Chief Finance Officer and serves as the mayoral appointee.
The retirement board members have appointed Edward J. Spellman, Jr. as the 5th member of the board (board appointee) effective 01/28/2026. Mr. Spellman is a retired Finance Director from the Town of Braintree and also serves as a member of the Braintree Retirement Board.

Former board members Gill E. Enos and Barry J. Amaral have left the retirement board. We are thankful for their service and wish them well!!
